Composition
Active ingredient: Ibuprofen Lysine 683.34 mg (equivalent to Ibuprofen free acid 400 mg.).
Indications
Symptomatic relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, menstrual pain, musculoskeletal pain and backache.
Symptomatic relief of fever.
Same therapeutic advantages regarding fast action and few side effects as Algidrin 600 when compared to Ibuprofen free acid. Indeed, the same pharmacokinetic study described above included a third arm with the same Algidrin 600 formulation but with Ibuprofen Lysine doses of 341,67 and 683,34 mg showing linearity of the pharmacokinetic parameters.
